What you get with this offering:

A 60 minute zoom session with Jenny where she will hold space for you and transform the energies for a sense of ease and relief. Sessions begin with you sharing anything weighing on your heart or mind, as you speak Jenny transmutes the energies releasing that which is not needed to bring in flow, then Jenny will walk you through a small exercise or meditation for rebalancing before ending with a grounding routine.

Please note that while Jenny is currently working on becoming a licensed therapist, this offering is not therapy nor is it a replacement for one.

After booking you will receive an email (check your "Promotions" email folder) which will include a Zoom link for the day & time booked. Please come to the session in a comfortable setting, have a drink with you and feel free to bring something to take notes for afterwards.

As a person who struggles with an invisible disability it is very important to Jenny that she do her best to create an accessible space for all to the best of her ability.
