By purchasing services from Jenny Calabro aka Fantasma Witch you are agreeing to the terms & disclaimer on this page;  you also warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Jenny Calabro (sole proprietor) & Fantasma Witch are used interchangeably throughout the terms & disclaimer.

DISCLAIMER

Legally Fantasma Witch must state that all services provided by Jenny Calabro (aka Fantasma Witch) should be treated as entertainment/ novelty purposes only. These services do not take away your freewill & you should never replace professional advice/ care. Jenny does not recommend that you make any kind of life changing/ financial decisions based on her services; to do so is at the will of you the client & cannot hold Jenny accountable for such actions. Whatever you choose to do with the information given to you from the services provided is completely up to you & not the responsibility or accountability of Jenny Calabro. Jenny does not recommend you replace professional care/ advice for  any of the services provided on the Fantasma Witch site. Services offered by Jenny are not meant to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease for humans & animal alike. Jenny makes no claims & can not guarantee results of the services provided on Fantasma Witch. Please keep in mind that our path in life is always changing & can change at any moment; we're in charge of our own destiny. No one can guarantee anything about your future for nothing is ever set in stone.

Jenny will not accept orders in regards to:

  • legal advice
  • financial advice
  • health/ medical issues
  • death
  • gambling
  • pregnancy 
  • third party individuals 

Orders asking for advice on these matters listed will NOT be fulfilled and will be asked to come back with a new question.

 

SHOP VENDOR CONTRACTOR- SEPARATE ENTITIES 

Jenny, Fantasma Witch, does not represent any of the shops or events that she works at. Jenny is not an employee of any shop but is an independent contractor at shops/ events while being a sole proprietor of Fantasma Witch. Any actions, opinions or beliefs held by shops or events are not the actions, opinions or beliefs of Jenny, Fantasma Witch (and vice versa). Fantasma Witch should be treated as a separate entity from shops/ events. Any disputes with shops/ events should be taken up directly with the shop or event management, not Jenny.

 

EVENTS & POP UP 

Reservation of the day/ time for booking will only go into effect after deposit has been paid. Final payment for the event must be made by the start of the event, any delays in payment are subject to interest fees. Any items or tools Jenny, Fantasma Witch, brings that become damaged, broken, stolen or missing is the responsibility of you as the event booker. The items must be replaced or reimbursed within 48 hours of the event. Jenny, Fantasma Witch, holds the right to inform anyone at events how they may contact her and find her online.

 

CREATING A SAFE & INCLUSIVE SPACE

It is Jenny's intention to hold a safe & inclusive space for all clients; regardless of race, gender, sexuality, class & identity. Jenny asks for the same of all her clients, intolerance of any kind will not be tolerated & she holds the right to choose not to serve clients for any reason.

 

PROFESSIONAL CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

Please note that while the work done together is friendly, held in a caring empathetic space, the relationship between you & Jenny Calabro is still a professional one. This means that despite any perceived relationship with Jenny, friendly or otherwise via Fantasma Witch site, email, pop up/ event or social media, is strictly a professional one between client & service provider. Please respect & honor the professional boundaries set in place.

 

Refund Policy

Fantasma Witch has a strict no refund policy on all services offered in person, online & for events. If a refund is offered, it is at the discretion of Jenny depending on the situation. Please note that any inappropriate behavior will lead to immediate cancelation & you therefore forfeit any payment given as well as any chance of future services offered by Jenny on Fantasma Witch (you will be banned). Jenny reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any point. Any payment issues (Shopify, Square, Zelle or other third part processor issues) is not the responsibility of Jenny & she can not be held accountable.

 

Appointment Policy

You have 24 hours prior to your appointment time to reschedule. You may only reschedule once, after that you are liable to loose your appointment & will not be given a refund. If you miss your appointment there will be no refund. If you are late to your appointment any amount of time missed is time lost & any time added is at the discretion of Jenny. In regards to video recording: if you have not downloaded, saved or you have lost the video you may not request a refund or hold Jenny accountable.

Events outside Jenny's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Jenny is released from obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes, or health reasons.

 

By purchasing any services from Jenny Calabro Fantasma Witch you confirm that you understand the above & that you agree to the following:

 I understand that Jenny Calabro is NOT a licensed medical practitioner of any kind (for both humans as well as animals), and therefore does not diagnose, prescribe, treat or cure diseases, and that nothing said or done should be construed as such. I agree that it is my responsibility to seek licensed medical care for any mental, emotional, or physical problem I or my animal may have. I understand that the services provided by Jenny are not substitutes for and are not intended to interfere with or replace licensed medical care for myself or my animal. I also understand that the services provided are to be considered "entertainment only" with the purpose of the services provided by Jenny as primarily for relaxation and spiritual rebalancing, and that it is a spiritual belief. I understand that long-term energetic/ spiritual imbalances sometimes require multiple sessions to facilitate the depth of relaxation required to re-balance spiritual energy systems. I understand that no results from any service offered are guaranteed or implied. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jenny Calabro in providing any service for myself or my animal, and agree that they are not liable for any damages I may perceive to be a result of this and any other service she may provide. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform Jenny Calabro if I am uncomfortable at any time during the session.
